1. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return. Requests made after this 30-day window will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility Criteria for Returns
To qualify for a successful return and full refund, your item must meet the following conditions:
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original, undamaged packaging.
  • The item must have all original tags, labels, and documentation still attached.
  • You must provide the original receipt, order number, or proof of purchase.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
  1. Contact our customer support team via email at info@dynamicautollc.net with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. If your return is accepted, we will send you a Return Authorization number along with instructions on where to send your package.
  3. Note: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or return it without contacting us first, as it will not be processed.
4. Return Shipping Costs & Methods
  • Customer Remorse (Changed mind, wrong size ordered, etc.): The customer is responsible for paying the actual shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: If the product arrives defective, damaged, or we shipped the incorrect item, we will provide a pre-paid shipping label via email at no cost to you.
  • Recommended Shipping Method: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns over $50. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
5. Restocking Fees
We believe in transparent pricing. There are NO restocking fees applied to any returns, whether for customer remorse or defective items.
6. Inspection, Approval, and Refunds
  • Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item.
  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 3 business days of receiving the item.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed immediately. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (e.g., credit card, PayPal) within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer's policies.
7. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged upon arrival, or if the wrong item was sent. If you need to exchange an item for the exact same product, please email us at info@dynamicautollc.net to coordinate the replacement.
