People often ask us what sparked the founding of this shop over a decade ago.
Our story began on a freezing winter night. Long before we were an established business, our founder came across a mother stranded on the side of the road, trying to push her stalled car with her shivering children waiting in the back seat. When she was hit with exorbitant towing fees and an aggressively inflated repair quote, the sheer helplessness, anxiety, and distrust in her eyes struck a deep chord within us. In the automotive industry, this is an all-too-common reality. Drivers don't just suffer the frustration of a broken vehicle; they experience the deeply unsettling fear of being taken advantage of simply because they aren't mechanics: “Are they telling me the truth? Do I really need this part? Can I even afford to get home?”
In that pivotal moment, a defining purpose was born: We were going to build a different kind of auto shop. It wouldn't be a cold, corporate assembly line focused solely on profit. It would be a sanctuary of peace of mind—a place where local drivers could walk in at their most vulnerable and feel completely safe.
In 2015, Dynamic Auto LLC opened its doors. From our very first handful of worn wrenches and our single, modest lift, we established a philosophy that remains our North Star to this day: “Treat every vehicle as if our own family were riding in it.”
