1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship exclusively to addresses within the United States (excluding U.S. territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses).
2. Shipping Rates & Costs
We offer clear and transparent shipping fees based on your order subtotal (before taxes and after discounts):
- Orders of $100.00 and over: FREE Shipping
- Orders under $100.00: $6.95 Flat Rate Shipping
All shipping charges are calculated and clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your payment.
3. Order Processing & Transit Times
To give you the most accurate delivery expectations, our timelines are broken down as follows:
- Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (EST) - Monday to Friday
- Handling/Processing Time: 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Transit/Delivery Time: 3 to 7 business days (Monday to Friday) via standard ground shipping carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, or FedEx).
Total Estimated Delivery Time: 4 to 10 business days from the date of purchase.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking link will become active within 24 to 48 hours.
5. Sales Tax
Sales tax will be calculated and applied at checkout based on the destination state's tax laws.
6. Damaged, Lost, or Wrong Items
If your package arrives damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact our customer support team immediately at info@dynamicautollc.net or call (203) 498-7777 within 48 hours of delivery. Please retain all packaging materials and damaged goods for claim purposes.
7. Address Changes & Cancellations
We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to change your shipping address or cancel an order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. Once a package has been dispatched or a tracking number has been generated, we cannot alter or cancel the shipment.
